Very small store(understandable) but you only receive 2 chairs for your bridal party. I personally dont know many brides who go shopping with only 2 people- so be prepared to stand. They over book and double book your consultant so that she is not 100% attentative to just YOU. She is running around not only pulling you dresses but also another room( that is what happened to us) the consultant was told a budget and as soon as she heard the budget, and didnt like it, her focus wasnt on our bride anymore! Although our bride said yes to the dress and I felt like our little helper had tons of knowledge and she was friendly, that the young lady who greeted us was in desperate need of help getting off her high horse. Just because someone doesnt comes in looking like those K sisters doesn't give you the right to dismiss us. Money is money. The uppity atmosphere was ugly. Youre only David's bridal. .. not Beverly hills.

Line to get in store, 2 brides to consultant, crazy busy. Terrible experience. Can't and won't go back. Sorry, would rather pay more for a better experience.

Worst experience ever!!! I came in today and was asked if I had an appointment. I didn't, but told the lady at the front that I just wanted to browse and if they had time to try on a few. One particular lady barked over the rest and said that I couldn't look at anything but the bride book and they might be able to fit me in at 3:30. I sat down with my bridesmaid and started looking. Another group came in and said they had an appointment during the week but found some dresses on sale and wanted to see them in person. Same as... read more

Bad experiences BOTH times I've been here for dresses! Today we were assigned a lady who barely helped us but we looked around to see every other woman trying on dresses had someone right beside them taking there time, asking questions about what they liked, finding them dresses etc. Good thing I brought a good group of people with me or I would have been pretty much on my own! I'm beyond disappointed and disgusted with this place. My best friend is getting married, so we had an appointment for 4:30 with her and the 4 bridesmaids. We did not get to our changing room until 5. The stylists we were given was rude, had no emotions and clearly did not listen to what type of dress my friend wanted. It came down to the point where us bridesmaids had to go and find our friend a wedding dress. Stylist did not take our measurements or even acknowledge us when we were looking at bridesmaids dresses. Went with my daughter (bride),&as soon as you walk in,BOOM,you can't get any farther, literally, w/out questions & sign in ...we just wanted to look around. .. Eventually my daughter got frustrated after she was put into a fitting room,&shown 2 dresses, Totally not her style OR price range,& mgr . stepped in &let us shop on our own& just reminded us not to grab dress ourselves, we were fine with that. .within 8 min.,we found the dress..
