My consultant, carol was the worst. She had absolutely no personality and enthusiasm at all. And she was at least 20 minutes late to meet with me and my family for our scheduled appointment. I would never advise anyone to go there. Shop online. I found my dress and I am so happy with it! Sincerely! Rebecca! Not Rachel!!

Today was my sisters first experience trying on wedding dresses. I recently purchased my wedding dress at Davids Bridal in Florence. My consultant Amanda was amazing she made the first experience for me unbelievably special. My sister wanted to have that same experience. She had a scheduled appointment and it was very upsetting to all of us how rude her consultant (Kaitlin) was. Too crowded! There is no way to get any type of experience here. Between having to switch rooms, to the huge crowd of people. They book waaaaaay too many appointments at once. Did not enjoy my experience. Edit to add: if you decide to purchase here... make sure that they actually order your item!!! Mine weren't ordered and now we have to rush alterations. Davids has the worst customer service I have ever seen!

I made my appointment online but there was no record of it the day I arrived despite getting conformation emails. The store was cramped and messy, my consultant was slightly uninterested in my party and left before my appointment was over. Several of the dresses I wanted to try on were not in the store or wss told were discontinued. Needless to say, I didn't say yes to any dress there!

I honestly am not one to complain about anything I try very hard to be an understanding person and I am aware that there is a no dress return policy at this company but I also feel there shouldn't be conditions to being treated with compassion and showing sympathy which is why I have to write this review I would give no stars if I could. We recently went in to look at a dress for the bride, I'm the maid of honor so I'm holding a dress for her that we had no help in getting. The lady that worked there, in lexington, walked up to me and said we don't get dresses ourselves, so you can put that up right there. To my surprise...I told the lady she will probably purchase the dress and everyone's busy so we had to help ourselves to get her dress. Which by the way she did end up buying.
