You definitely DO NOT get the level of customer service here like you do at other bridal boutiques in town. The consultant our bride was assigned seemed to careless that our bride was struggling to find that perfect dress. She wasn't there to help her try them on or give any feedback or support her. She was to busy running around with the other groups she was assigned. Very rude receptionist/ the first people you see when you walk in. Only two chairs to a bridal party even is elderly and handicapped are with. Waaaaaaay to focused on lines per invoice and not focusing on the bride. Too worried about getting that damn bell rang for a yes to a dress.

I picked out my dress in October and the sales ladies were great and I loved my dress! Fast forward to my wedding day I hadn't tried the dress on again. Put it on an hour before our wedding on Dec 31st 2016 and there was a security tag at my hip! I was so upset that this wasn't taken off!!!
They didn't help us at all! It was very hard to get any help and many just standing around

They were great to me when I was a bride a few months back but when I returned for a possible bridesmaid dress they were rude.. so I recommend for brides but not so much bridesmaids.. this may have had something do with the bride who's wedding I'll be a part of not buying her dress there.. not entirely sure. Will not be back.

Went in to pick out bridesmaid dresses with the bride and picked out some from online with one price tried them on in a very crowded area hardly no elbow room dresses were nice when we got to the register took forever to pay an when we got up there we were told a completely higher price than what was online and what the consultant said the price would be need less to say when I get married I wouldn't be going back there

Our appointment was for two of my bridesmaids to try on dresses and decide a style and they didn't get measured until 20 mins into the appointment. We were introduced to our stylist who was helping a bride as well. Then we got introduced to someone else who was kind of helping us. At one point we were pulling dresses ourselves and had no clue who our stylist was. I didn't get any real time we a stylist to help me. 0 stars. They book too many people at once. When I went (after having an appointment booked for about 2 months) there were way too many people and we didn't even have chairs to sit in. It was a nightmare.
