I booked an appointment and the gal who assisted me was great however, she was so overbooked. She had another bridal party and a bridesmaid party to assist with also. With trying to find a dress for my special day I didn't feel special at all.
So I went there for my wedding dress, found one, love it! But during my appointment my mom literally had to help me in and out of the dresses as our consultant was no where to be found half the time and we pulled 75% of the dresses ourselves... she did however seem new, so whatever it's supposed to be a fun, happy day let's give her the benefit of the doubt and moral of the story I found one I love! Worst experience ever. Stuck in a back dressing room near stock room amidst teens while wedding gown shopping. No room at all. Couldn't extend my train. I was rushed threw my appointment. Didn't get to ring the bell when I said yes to my dress. I ordered dress and head piece from them. When my tiara came in I was called to pick it up. I waited over an hour for them to locate it after being told it was in and ready for pick up.

I did not like my experience here. I felt like I was not important and half the time I could not find my consultant. There was nothing in my size and if it was too big I could never get any of the clips to pull the dress in. I did not feel like my time spent there was valued. I will never come in there again.

Let's see where to start. My daughters dress was paid in full the day she ordered it. So David's already made a ton of money from her. We booked the bridesmaid appointment when they told us to. Not only was the entire wedding party treated like they were garbage so was the bride!!! Couldn't bother to help her. Bitched when they had to find sizes or even go look. Awful! Lady at the front desk very rude. Got there a little early to look around was told not to touch anything found a dress in the clearance section went ahead and picked it out and was caring it so that no one else could get it and was told immediately that I was not to take any of the dresses off the rack I tried to explain she took it out of my hands and put it in a holding area and told me not to take any more dresses off the rack until my appointment and someone help me. I've been here twice now and had two unfavorable experiences. The first experience was while shopping for my wedding dress. My consultant was nice, but pushy with trying to make a sale and I ultimately purchased my dress elsewhere. I went back today with two bridesmaids and none of us could believe the terrible experience. Our consultant showed us photos on the wall of available dresses in my color choice, and asked us to pick some we liked.
