Honestly...I didn't even want to give this 1 star because it should be a 0 or even in the negatives. I have been trying to order my bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding for a while now on and off the phone with this place. EVERY SINGLE TIME I call I get placed on a "brief hold" which is always a bare minimum of 10-15 mins...the longest being almost 40 mins!! YES 40mins! I eventually hung up and called back to be again placed on hold and forgot about. They are EXTREMELY rude...even the managers. Very unprofessional in pers... read more

This store is a joke. We had a appointment first thing in the morning. They shoved all of the other people who were trying on dresses in the same crowded location in the store. There was not even enough seats for the people who were helping pick my dress. You couldn't even open a fitting room door without hitting the door of the person in the next fitting room. They had two consultants with about 7 people trying on dresses. They were running all over the place like a chicken with its head cut off. I felt like they only care... read more

I wanted to let you know about my recent experience at one of your stores. What should have been a happy shopping experience turned into something that left me with a sour taste in my mouth. While the individuals who assisted me have been quite friendly and willing to help, the management is so poor that there has been a scheduling/miscommunication issue for nearly every appointment. Information that was supposedly recorded in my file wouldn't show up time and time again (including the existence of the bride, who ordered her dress from DB!), which meant extra unnecessary phone calls, long holds, and calls to the store where the bride got her dress to see if they could clear up the mess (which they were willing t... read more

When I went for my fitting the seamstress made me cry. She said "you better not breathe too hard because this dress is gonna burst". Seriously? I'm not saying don't tell me that it's too tight, but they need to remember that they are playing a part of a pivotal point and a major memory that will be stuck with a bride forever. First impression. I walked into the store and Nobody greeted me at the welcome desk so I went about looking at dresses for about 45 minutes the store manager then found me and asked for me to go to the front to sign up. So i said sure and waited for a associate to be available to help me. A few associates were called to the front one after another was too busy . Absolute joke. Even with an appointment, the Maple Grove location had one sales associate jumping between three parties all looking for wedding gowns. They managed to shove 3 seperate families into one tiny hallway with not nearly enough chairs for everyone to sit. One scattered sales associate jumped between all 3 brides without giving anyone the attention they deserved while there were at least 5 other associates standing at the front of the store, doing nothing.
