I was satisfied until i got my dress. They ordered 2x sizes larger then i was. Had to Send for a new one. Got that one home and realized it was ivory and not champagne. I paid for my dress to be sent out and dry cleaned thru david's bridal. I received my "keepsake" smashed and handled badly. To top it all off, after the bill was paid in full, they continued to send a bill. First was $25 and now is up to $66. Woman at the front desk was not welcoming at all. Nobody even noticed we were there, and nobody noticed when we walked out as well. Will not be returning there ever.
My experience wasn't good but I guess it wasn't bad. We were taken care of when we first came in the store to look for bridesmaid dresses but when it was time to try on dresses it went south. The staff who measured my girls didn't get their sizes right and pulled dresses that were too small and too big. Then she left us to try on dresses but didn't come back for half an hour. The workers were very rude and were not very friendly. I was very excited to try on wedding dresses but I left because the workers were awful! I will never go back to this place.

I decided to take two of my bridesmaids to go look for dresses. There was only one person trying on dresses and a whole bunch of staff working. But no one helped us because we didn't have an appointment and we couldn't try on dresses either. When we went to go ask to try on the dresses they kept walking away. I decided to buy some color swatches and when I picked out the colors I wanted the woman laughed at me because I said I wanted to take my time deciding colors. Do yourself a favor by never shopping here! It will save you a ton of time and aggravation. Let's start with the rude and unaccommodating staff- that can't be bothered with you. Never in my life have I dealt with people with poorer customer service and organization. I have had two major issued with this location in the last year. Came here to look for my wedding dress and I had the worst person helping me. She didn't size me to know what size dress I needed nor did she pick any dress that I like. I left here in tears. I have a credit card with this company and was very disappointed in what they had to offer.
Had a bridal appointment ...Poor service, had to get own wedding dresses to try on (because the answer was that's all we have, after only 3 dresses!).Poor knowledge of dress inventory. Lastly had appointment for bridal party at 230 and had no help at all!! Worst bridal experience ever. If you are ok to go to a cold wearhouse and pick out your own stuff with no help then this is the store for you. Photographer was best service provider.
