Unfortunately I had heard bad things about people's experience prior to going in. Then me and a couple of bridesmaid went to look for dresses and received terrible customer service. One lady almost yelled at us for doing what she said. I found a dress I fell in love with but now not sure what to do because I don't particularly want to give them my business.

The store was very nice, I was greeted nicely and assigned a stylist. Due to family health issues, I didn't get around to finding an outfit in a timely manner so I needed to find something that I could take home with me that day so my options were very limited. But it was a little disappointing to make an appt and wind up with minimal assistance while the stylist went off to help a bride-to-be looking for her dress. There were 5-6 associates working when we went to get fitted....the associate we had was also helping out 3 other people at the same time. If there would have been more one on one time the experience would have been 10 times better.

At the Mid Rivers, Missouri location they did not listen to my daughter in the style of dress she was looking for. The woman who had been assigned to help her bringing dresses that were frilly, full of sequins, or with lots of ruffles all on the highest end of price ($1,500.00) my daughter could afford. It took me 5 minutes to go to dresses and find what style my daughter specifically requested to look at and pick 2 dresses for her to try on to start with. 1st one, she loved and walked down isle in. D O N O T S H O P H E R E!!! I loathe davids bridal!!! If you want to feel like ignored and taken advantage of shop here! They have the worst customer service in the world. The consultants are rude and don't care to make you feel great as you shop for your big day. My friends that have been brides had no seating for the bridal party and family members to watch them try on dresses. Also being told they have a limit of what they can try on. If I could rate this location with less than one star I would. After letting the sales associate (CJ) know that all I was interested in was to browse the available dresses to see if I could find the type and style I prefer she then proceeded to bring me dresses that were nothing at all what I wanted. Every time I tried to tell her to stop bringing me dresses and to please return my clothes she left to bring back another unflattering dress in the wrong size. Wouldn't recommend shopping here. It's the Walmart of bridal. Not only was I mislead by the "sale," but I had to pull all my own dresses. Zero customer service. Ended up paying full price for the floor model dress that 100 people probably put on. Nasty. What should have been a great experience that I would remember forever, it sucked.

I originally gave 4 stars and said nice thing s but after all of my experiences I'm frustrated. I made an appointment for noon and arrived I got an award today. They have my current name but have me married already. Kind of funny early. I was helped right away with paperwork however had to wait 10-15 past 12:00 to actually try on dresses. Then as it neared 1:30 my "end time" I was promoted to finish at 1:30. So no leeway to adjust for my missed time. At no time during my visit was I informed about purchasing the slip sep... read more

Well ,where to start???? They NEVER put my bridesmaids dress registration on the system, i called and made the registration of model,color and i even told the lady the sizes of EACH BRIDESMAID DRESS, i called and check if the dresses advertised on their website was available on their nearest store , i even asked if EACH dress was available and it was, long story short....
