We went in to get a dress for my future sister in law yesterday. The sales lady Sherri was inattentive and at one point disappeared completely, leaving us to get the Bride to be in and out of her dresses and to find our own veil. A larger party came in and was seated at the dressing room next to ours where she spent the majority of our appointment time conversing with them. We felt completely ignored. Was supposed to be one of the happiest days of my daughters life picking out her dress before we left she was crying they lied to her on the phone and they only had one stylest working so we had to do most the work we will not be getting her dress therr

When I initially came in to order my bridal gown, I had a good experience with the sales person and was able to find a dress and felt that I received the proper attention and service to help me in this process. After making my purchase I set up an appointment for my bridesmaids to come into the store as a group to try on and purchase their dresses. I selected a day and was told my appointment needed to be changed because my sales person was not scheduled on that day of the week, so I rescheduled at that time to follow that s... read more

I paid $500 for alterations on my wedding gown for my destination wedding. I went in for 2 fittings. My father had to pick up the dress because I live out of the country. I got the dress today. Aside from the bustle - The alterations were not performed as ordered !the dress is way too big and not as agreed. Im getting married in a week and I need to pay $1000 for the alterations to be rushed in a foreign country. Employees aren't very friendly the STYLIST that helped us wasn't much help she had a sour face kept her distance didn't talk much I rather return to David's Bridal unless Bess is on duty in I had an appointment back in Sept when Bess helped me with fitting of bridal dresses she was an AWESOME help Yesterday Dec 23 I had an appointment for my bride's maids the young girl that helped wasn't any help.
