I am getting married April 15,2017. My bridal party had a fitting on yesterday and we were assisted by Kelly. She was awesome and went above and beyond to make our experience one to remember. I will never forgot my dress fitting because it was just that amazing. She assisted me with practicing walking down the aisle, helped me picked out veils and just was a real gem. You guys are blessed to have her in your store as an employee she rocks�

I have placed an order yesterday with David bridal on express shipping it was written an estimated shipping from 5 to 11 days however, on the automatic reply i have recieved from you was if for 10 days i havent recieved any email about the order being dispatched then here I should contact you. My experience started out with a great consultant who made me feel like a million bucks! She was patient as I tried on and retried on twenty or so dresses. I left so pleased with my experience. Then, when I came to get my dress altered, I was less than pleased. My seamstress hardly talked to me, she never once made me feel special, she rolled her eyes and said "well I can't believe I wasted my time" when I decided not to pay for certain alterations because the prices were astronomical. I found the dress I wanted at reasonable price and the alterations were inexpensive as well. This would have been a 5 star review had they not taken my email address and sold it to every damn local wedding vendor in the Tri-State area. I mean It's been months and I still getting unsolicited email. So disappointed.

Awful experience. Went to try on bridesmaid dresses and we were given zero help unless we asked them for it. Only started helping when they wanted us to leave. They wasted our time by letting us try on dresses that didn't come in the brides colour. At Jessica's bridal they were amazing and so helpful. Day and night experience. At first I wasn't sure how the appointment would go because of some of the negative reviews, but the bridal consultant that I had was THE BEST!! she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. Some of the other consultants I noticed didn't seem as friendly with their brides, so I was definitely lucky!!
