My sister made an appt for her bridesmaids/flower girl to find dresses. They left us with an "assistant" who in reality was knew and didn't really seem to have knowledge while the original consultant dealt with another bride. It was not a nice experience at all. We all felt like we had been ignored.

Went shopping last October with the soon to be bride (my brothers fiancé at the time). The customer service was AWFUL. The lady was very rude and snippy. The bride picked out her veil and it was ordered. Fast forward 6 months to when we did bridesmaid dresses. The same lady again was very snippy and short with us. We were left to pick out our own bridesmaid dresses. They did the fitting and we left. 3-4 weeks later the dresses came in. 2 of them were not the right sizes. Smiles all around and never made us feel pressured. Within the hour and a half I had found my dream dress. Thank you! When I went back to pick it up it I wanted to try it on before taking it home. It was all wrinkled. They said it was to prove that it came straight from the factory. We asked if they could steam it. Sure... for 40 dollars. Couldn't believe it. I have to say it is very disappointing putting on a very wrinkled wedding dress.
My fiance's bridesmaids ordered their dresses from this location and were told the maximum amount of time for the dresses to come in would be 22 weeks. Now on of the dresses isn't going to come in until the end of January, approximately 27-28 weeks after the order. The alterations were going to be made by my mother who is going out of state after Christmas. So now, because of the delay on David's bridals side, this won't work. The ONLY reason I'm not giving a 5 is the return policy. These are big purchases and you should be able to at least exchange an unworn, unaltered dress. I had purchased a dress at a different store, but was filled with regret and wasn't in love with my dress. Lani at the Franklin store was wonderful and let me try on dresses as many times as I needed. I put on the winning dress 3 times, including when I brought in a satin jacket and fur I'd already purchased and jewelry my fiancé had given me. I spent twice as much on the 2... read more
My "stylist" refused to bring me what I told her I like and I didn't want a traditional white dress and I told her that and she still brought me nothing but white dresses at the maximum I told her I was willing to spend and would not bring me anything more fair priced and eventually my grandma and soon to be mother in law went looking for dresses for me themselves. I had the most amazing experience today at David's Bridal. I didn't think there was going to be a wide variety of dresses for plus sized brides but the selection was amazing! My stylists name was Tabitha and she was fantastic! I was there for quite some time but not once did she make me feel like I was a burden or made me feel rushed.
