Went here not really knowing what kind of wedding dress I was even looking for. The team did a fantastic job listening to my likes and dislikes and brought me some spot on dresses. Didn't find the one yet, but I now know what I'm looking for!
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion & how cold hearted these people are, especially if their job is to deal with brides for a joyous occasion! They quite honestly need to open their eyes & realize that they are in the middle of a natural disaster location that is recovering right now. I was told my dress wouldn't be in for over a month, which would give me enough time to finish the rebuild on my closets. It came in 2 weeks. Couldn't be happier with the staff and my dress at Davids Bridal Dublin!!! They explained everything, were efficient and not pushy about things I didn't want or like. They were super understanding when I explained the specific requirements in regards to my dress. The alterations department was super helpful and were very knowledgeable about what would look best for my bussel. I had a horrible experience, the sales associate was very rude. I came there on a Saturday night to pick up color swatches of the color my wedding party was going to be wearing. I got there at 7:01pm and came inside, the sales associate said may I help you I told her what I needed, she proceeded to tell Me she couldn't help me as they closed at 7:00pm. So disappointed. Made an appt., arrived on time and was told to look around and someone would help me. 30 minutes later, nothing. I gathered my own dresses, and approached the front desk again to inquire about help. They took my dresses and said someone would be there to help. Great Place Great Experience this is the third place I went to try on dresses.. Found a DREAM DRESS, went when they were not busy so the experience was excellent . my consultant was amazing, she went out of her way to get me extra accessories for the dress, she got me shoes belts even a fitting bra.
