The absolute worst experience. I had ordered my bridal dress at this location with no issues, however when I had scheduled an appointment for my bridesmaids it was completely unorganized. The lady whom helped us had other parties there and she was not solely focused on our party. After trying on a few dresses we picked the dresses we would like to purchase and even pointed out the dress on the board displaying the dresses. Went yesterday with my daughter and her wedding party. Everything was ok at first. The girl working with us was new and a little scatter brained. But after they true on a few different styles and the maid of honor changed her mind on the style she wad wears it would match better. We were disappointed when they asked several times what her colors were and we said coral and mint. I was in your Springfield, NJ store yesterday to buy a dress for my son's wedding. I was greeted by Katherine who proceeded to tell us that we had to sign in so they would get credit. She pointed us in the direction of the dresses and that was it. When I would a dress I went to the register to purchase it. I asked if it would be possible to iron the dress as it was a wrinkled mess. Katherine then told me they would do a lite steam but it would not get all the wrinkles out and that is the best they do and I could take it... read more

They have beautiful dresses but the customer service isn't up to standards. The lady helping us was super nice and helpful but the actual company doesn't realize they are hurting visitors experiences. Lack of chairs for guests while people are watching is huge! Also I arrived early before our group and there was no where for me to sit at the front and wait. No where to hang coats! No water offered to anyone and it was very warm in the building. Had to wait 15 minutes when we had an appointment. Salesperson was nice, but it was clear she did not hear my daughter when we told her what she was looking for. The dresses she brought out were not the style we described at all. It took approximately 10 minutes in between dress changes because salesperson was helping 2 other brides during our appointment time. Very impersonal. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated. Bridesmaids dresses arrived damaged, one was even given to us which was already altered and returned by someone else! Was told there is nothing they can do to get new dresses ordered in time. The store manager, Courtney- has given each 8 of my bridesmaids a different story.
