Not a bad store but they are extremly disorganized/understaffed/existing staff is ill educated on simple tasks/stock multiple ripped/damaged dresses. I checked in for my appointment she told me to go look at wedding dresses and one person would be with us. I had to correct her that we were only there for bridesmaids dresses. 10 minutes later someone came by and told us another name of someone who would be helping us. My best friend purchased her wedding gown here and we went to pick it up and to order bridesmaids dresses, the young lady who helped us in trying dresses on was very helpful, however because it was near closing we felt like the other associates were pushing us out. My friends and I had a nightmare of a situation with davids bridal Fayetteville. Two of us were ordered the wrong bridesmaid dress, might I add one we never even tried on during our appointment. When we went back to the store in hopes of getting this major issue straightened out we were not so lucky. The manager, who was the one who check us out and typed all of the codes in the night we ordered tried to tell us that the dress we have is the dress our consultant communicated with us that night. Last night was the most humiliating night of my life. My dress was ever so slightly too tight, and I asked to just quickly show my family, as they were all waiting to see before we began alterations.
