So At first I had the worst experience but Store Manager Lisa really went over and beyond to get everything in order, for that I am grateful!!

While in another David's Bridal looking for a dress we were told that it was only available in Ohio stores and it would be impossible to get in time for my daughters dance on 12/17. I was able to find out the Canton,OH store had the dress. I called and spoke with an associate named George who not only found the dress my daughter had wanted, but he was making sure it went out today! Terrible experience. When I originally tried on my wedding dress, the consultant made me feel rushed and uncomfortable for asking for new choices. I ended up purchasing my wedding gown from them anyways because I found the one. I also purchased a veil and body slip, but ended up not wearing them on my wedding day. With tags still in tact, they refused to give me store credit since my wedding day had already passed. Not only that, but they were incredibly rude about the entire situation. We walked away from your crappy corporate attitude with the bridal gown and thought oh, maybe just a bad day....came back to make a appt for bridesmaids...same CRAPPY attitude!
when I got in I waited like an hr to be seen and I came right on time even a lady that came after me got seen and left before I got seen. the first person was okay help but thank gosh some else came to help i wished I would of caught her name for the next time.

I had a completely HORRIBLE! experience at David's bridal flint! The "consultant" who was helping me put me in the smallest fitting room, and I mean so small to the point that in order for me to get a dress on I had to have the door open (which is open to the entire store) at one point there was a man in the store who could visibly see me trying dresses on. Worst experience of my life....this was supposed to be the dress for my special day, my one and only wedding day....and it was horrible when it came in. Then to add to an already stressful wedding planning experience, my bridesmaids/mother are all calling with issues getting their dresses from here. I went with my family and found a great gown thanks to Sarah , but when I went to my 2nd fitting staff was very Rude ! And I already had paid I was excited to see the gown of my dreams . When I got my dress it was so wrinkly I was very upset I would have thought that came included due to the amount I had already paid. I was told to paid and extra $40 plus tax to have it steamed I would not recommend this store especially with staff that has a very sour attitude.
Typically do not like dealing with chain stores but did for my Bridesmaids for convenience. First experience was TERRIBLE. The two following times I had Sara- made everything so simply, smooth, enjoyable, and worthwhile!!!
