Sales associate was great, but the inventory was lacking. The atmosphere of the location itself was terrible. Not at all the experience I thought I'd having trying Wedding dresses for the first time.

The people in here were absolutely rude. Don't go here! We went to dress gallery & they were amazing there.

I have been to DB for multiple occasions and have never had any issues whatsoever! This specific location has been horrible. Several months ago, I ordered a MOH dress from there. The bride and all of us bridesmaids went and got our dresses picked and ordered. I live a few hours away and was told they would call me when the dress was in for me to come and pick up. Just sharing episodes from Lenexa store and David's Bridal OVERALL This organization has poor incompetent customer service who do not know their policies well nor how to work with people without a bad attitude. I went into DB looking for a simple, inexpensive wedding dress, didn't have an appt, but they accommodated us quickly.
