Thanks to the person who broke the mirror off the side of my car and didn't have the courtesy of coming in and reporting it. Classy.
They were very helpful, helped us find the sizes we needed and helped us find the dresses we wanted.
Our experience was absolutely horrible! The representative could not be bothered to help us and when we tracked her down to ask questions she did not have answers, and then we stood in line for 25 mins while she went to ask if someone could size us so we could purchase, and she never came back, when we went to find her again she was off helping other guests, we ended up walking out and will not go back, we will get our dresses somewhere else and we planned on buying 9 dresses.

I went with my niece to be yesterday to David's, as she is just beginning the wedding dress shopping process. When our "attendant" came over my niece told her she had a strict 300$ limit. The attendant's attitude completely changed, she was rude, pushy and after making my niece feel bad, she put us in a dressing room with 5 dresses and then promptly disappeared. It was nice. The help was good. But if you run over your time the niceness stops!
Our customer service woman that helped myself in the bridal party was awesome and we went to go check out it was a shit show they have the maid of honor is the bride they messed up the entire order

Super upset my mother left Davids Bridal in Fort Collins yesterday in tears because the young store manager made a very hurtful comment as she was walking away, however my mother heard it. She is getting married in 6 days and now feels like she doesn't feel beautiful and deserving of the perfect dress on her big day. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$ ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We didn't schedule an appointment for my sister to try on wedding dresses, she literally want to put a dress with sleeves on to just see what it looked like. It took about 30 mins to even get the very rude consultant or manager (couldn't tell) to let her do that (in a bridesmaid fitting room during my bridesmaid fitting time).. once she was out she LOVED THE DRESS! I had a terrible experience today! The consultant barely spoke to me and treated me like I was a negligible annoyance. The consultant only pulled me 2 dresses in a 30min period. She would thrust them at me then rush away. The consultant seemed inconvenienced with me even being there; She didn't help me in or out of any dresses and didn't offer to clip the dresses tight (My friends had to hold the dresses so I could see the shape as I'm a size 3 and most of the dresses are too large).
