Worst Experience. Today a friend of mine had a Bridal Appointment and the consultant was horrible. The whole experience was horrific. No bride should be made to feel that insignificant.

My appointment was shit, the staff was shit, the service was shit..... they didn't have any of the style dresses I wanted, my appointment was made for myself and 6 others and they screwed it up and could only do me. I didn't say yes to the to the dress and I absolutely will not be returning.... I brought 6 girls out for nothing, and the staff was very short with me....
I wish I could give this business 0 stars. I have been a bridesmaid several times and had to get dresses through them. They have always been a pain in the ass to work with, with shitty customer service. Now it's my turn to be the bride and I have had enough. My bridesmaids got their dresses here. After getting her dress, my maid of honor tried calling to schedule an alteration appointment. Went in trying to find a formal dress. I made a appointment and everything to get help for my friend and I. The lady assigned to help us was not only not helpful at all but very rude. I have very large breasts and was told over the phone they could let a dress out up to 2 dress sizes. Not only was that a lie but I was made to feel horrible about myself. I have very high self esteem but these ladies that work here can not hide their feelings for anything. I was looked at in disgust and laughed at one point. I've survived canc... read more

We walked in to look at dresses they would not even allow us to look at dresses since they close in 10 minutes. Bad customer service
Went in to get a bridal gown for my niece and bridesmaid dresses as well. Was told AFTER we did all the measurements and fittings that there was no more layaway and when I mentioned middletown, the consultant went and got her manager and the manager of the store told us there was no more layaway there either. My sister in law and I found this to be a little alarming because I had to put mine on layaway as well as bridesmaid gowns, so she had another party member call Middletown.
