The customer service at this location is terrible. My $100+ veil came in missing several jewels. The associate told me to "go to joanns and buy some jewels and craft glue and fix it yourself". It took them an hour to order a new one for me which also came in damaged. When I went to get my dress altered, I had a terrible experience. My mother and I had to go back 4 DIFFERENT TIMES because the alterations were done incorrectly every time.
Absolutely the worse customer service. The girl didn't help us at all. She vaguely listened to what we wanted and compete ignored us. After we left our appointment we wondered the store where no one asked us if we needed anything. The shoes and merchandise were so cheaply made. Just an overall bad experience.
Seriously the worst experience ever! I went to this location with my 5 bridesmaids. We had nothing but issues from walking through the door to getting our dresses. I'm so glad to be done with David's bridal and to never go back. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. �
Absolutely terrible! Went with my best friend who is getting married and they only spoke to us once! We asked her to pull a dress and she said she would bring us a floor length mermaid...came back to the changeroom to find an above the knee dress that is nothing like what we asked for. We were ignored for the rest of the appointment. And just now I tried to call to ask if they have a certain dress in stock, they put me on hold and I hung up after ten minutes. Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time!
I recommend this store over the one in Roseville. I got better customer service and a way more attentive stylist at the Arden store.
I brought my daughter in today to see if they could help me measure her for a dress for her school band and they refused to help me..I bought a dress from them in the past and had no problems, but because I wasn't buying anything they would not help me..what ever happened to common courtesy..they weren't even busy..never again will I ever buy anything from there.
I had read bad reviews about this place but still wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and all the bad reviews were right. They have horrible customer service. I was shopping for my bridesmaids dresses and I did have an appt. We walked in and weren't even greeted, then someone walked up and asked how she could help, I told her I had an appt for bridesmaids dresses. Worst customer service and experience. Seriously. I am getting married on November 12th and I am SO glad I did not come here to shop for my wedding dress. However, my mother and I did come here to shop for her MOB dress. We were quickly harassed by our sales associate Elizabeth.
