My experience there was horrible my first dress came in damaged then ordered same dress for me and second one came in damaged also never recommend anyone to go to David's Bridal. I got my money back never said sorry about what happened.
Where do i start? When shopping at David's our consultant was nice enough but she wasn't very helpful but we managed to find our bridesmaid dresses. When the dresses were being ordered the staff had known our situation and that there was a rush on the dresses not one person mentioned that 3 of the dress 2 of which were the same size weren't scheduled to be in until the week before the wedding and all 3 of those dresses came in at different time times in fact 1 dress still hasn't come in.There was a few times i had called to ... read more
We made a 12-1 appointment for bridesmaids, mom's and flower girls. We all shared a change room and struggle for chairs and mirrors. There were dozens of people doing the same thing. Not enjoyable and not the atmosphere any of us wanted to shop in. We left sad and disappointed we drove 7 hours to go to the worst bridal store any of us had ever been to. The poor sales girl was juggling so many people we all watched her and felt she was set up for failure and it was unfair to her and us!
Went to David's Bridal today to order a dress for my bridesmaid. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I'm sure there are other great staff there but my experience was horrible. If you get Keesha please run the other way. She does not understand the definition of customer service. She would literally walk away mid conversation and was no where to be found when we needed assistance. Considering it was ONE person trying on ONE dress we weren't asking for much. WORST customer service that I've ever experienced! They have the most incompetent staff. 20 minutes of my appointment time was wasted because they were not prepared for my appointment upon arrival. On top of that, they paired me with a staff member that I previously had the WORST experience with while shopping for my bridal gown. FRAN! Why did they not notate on my account that I had issues with her in the past. Ridiculous!
I can't say I particularly enjoyed our visit here. I chose Davids Bridal because I knew they'd have lots of styles on hand, in many colors and sizes, but I regretted it almost immediately. I had 7 bridesmaids that all needed to try dresses on and they had 1 dressing room for us, even though there were many empty ones. Our stylist wasn't very enthusiastic about helping us and to be honest, I'm not sure I saw her smile once. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! The service is bad i felt like i was being rushed. My dress comes in and its falling apart and they act like they dont even care!! I am calling corporate on Monday morning!! I am paying over 700.00 for a dress that looks like shit and they don't even care! Didnt offer to order me a new dress! I was with my daughter for her very first bridal visit. My first experience with the store on the phone was very unprofessional. The woman who was setting up the appointment asked me 3 different times what date I wanted to book. She seemed very distracted. When we arrived we were greeted and told to go find gowns that my daughter liked. There are so many gowns it is difficult to find the style she liked. All I have to say is that future brides don't ever go to David's Bridal for wedding dresses. They told me I could get my dress altered somewhere else and then bring it back two weeks before my wedding to get it steamed. So of course I got it cut down somewhere because It was cheaper, keep in mind no one ever told me that if I got it altered somewhere else they wouldn't be able to steam it!
