I needed to exchange my dress for a larger size and it was discontinued so the girls at David's bridal called other stores to find my dress in the size I needed. total lifesaver don't know what I would do without them thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!!!!!!
So disappointed by the "service" received after purchasing my wedding & bridesmaid dresses here. The sales consultant that worked with me was wonderful. Then we returned for the alterations. The other sales people kept scolding my bridesmaids for standing too close to where "their brides" might be standing when they came out of the dressing rooms. It was demoralizing. The first woman that helped me was very friendly and helpful. I believe her name was Jennifer. I will say they seem a little pushy like hurry up and find a damn dress. But she was good at her job. I had to leave and come back to purchase, wanted to bring my sister and mom. The second lady that helped me, seemed like she didn't know how to do her job. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I did not get my Bridal dress from here, only the bridesmaids dresses. The only reason I chose this store was because one of my bridesmaids already had the dress I wanted from here. Each time I went into the store I was pointed to an area to pick out dresses and told there would be a note on the dressing room door with our names to try on. Three times... same experience. My friend Amanda and I went in at 8:15 pm. I know it was close to closing time. They glared and were snippy and rude. They told us can't try on dresses. We were just looking. Plus said umm can't look at those dresses we just organized them. I don't care. Have better customer service. Don't know her name. But both had dark hair. One had a short hair cut. I am gonna call tomorrow morning.
When my bridesmaids and I decided to purchase a Gold Metallic F17063M long, one shoulder dress, we were certain that this dress would be a beautiful gold shimmery dress. Beautiful... yes, gold or metallic... no. This dress comes in a Biscotti color with a hint of gold highlights at the top. I'll start off by saying that Danielle is absolutely amazing. She helped me find bridesmaids dresses, my mothers dress, and my own. And I couldn't have been happier with the selections that we made. This is the extent of my happiness. 1) My mother's dress came in, we received an email to go pick it up. My mom goes in today to get it and THEY LOST THE DRESS.
