I went in to look at bridesmaid dresses with my girls. The lady didn't listen to anything I had to say and rushed us out. When it was time for my girls to order their dresses, the lady didn't listen to when my bridesmaid kept making sure she was ordering the right dress. And of course the davids bridal lady ordered the wrong bridesmaid dresses. Worse place ever.

I did pick my dress with the manager rox. I was put in a dress that was perfect. And she ordered me a size that was way too big. I was a size 10 and I was put in a size 12. When I went in to get the bridesmaid dresses I had bryan as our guide. And honestly had a blast with him I did try on my dress in the size 12 and you know men are honest when he said oh dear this dress is way to big he was shocked when I told him its what I had been ordered. NEVER. Never again. This place is so crooked. They ordered the wrong $200 bridesmaid dress for me and made me order a bigger size bc they didn't have it. Three weeks before the wedding when it comes in the girl tells me they can overnight it (thought they didn't have my size�) but when I go in to exchange it they give me a two week time delivery date. I had a horrible experience dealing with staff at this location. I understand that you have to have a policy about returns but that needs to be looked at. I bought 160.00 dress for a wedding i was supposed to be the MOH for. Well unfortunately things happened and I was not in nor did I attend the wedding. Brides! Save yourself some trouble and headaches and don't go here! I went here to get my bridesmaid dresses and its been nothing but trouble. Every time, myself or a bridesmaid has to deal with Davids Bridal, there has been an issue. Some issues have been small, but others are hard to forget. I think I had Emma and she was awesome. I fell in love with my dress and she just helped to make me feel even more beautiful. The staff was welcoming and kind.
My daughter ordered a bra through David's Bridal. She cancelled the order and the store says they credited her debit card in August. Her bank says it never happened. D.B. says they did and are not going good for it. I would be very careful with this store, as they are not trustworthy.
If you don't mind spending money on poor quality dresses and unprofessional staff then this place is just for you! Don't mind the staff that talks poorly about other customers they did not favor and the mocking they do openly in front of waiting customers. If you'd like to be one of those lucky customers they do so to then please have fun in their store.
