Awful! We were treated badly when they found out we didn't have a lot to spend. We were sent to look around without help even tho we had an appointment..since she was on commission she went to help walk ins that had more to spend. Never again will any of my family go there again!
I did not like the millennia location even with an appointment I didn't receive any help we picked the dresses we put ourselves in a room we did everything and the lady made it seem like well we're about to close so we don't have the time but than why allow me to make an appointment that late like it was just annoying so I left with no help and no dress
I can't say enough wonderful things about David's Bridal in Waldorf. I was so nervous to look for dresses but the minute I walked through the door I was comfortable. They took the time to get to know me and to know all about my relationship with my husband. It only took 3 dresses to find the perfect one. The wonderful words that were spoken to me as I rang the bell had me in tears. My dress came in exactly 2 weeks after it was ordered (4 weeks early). I went to Davids for my jewelry as well. If you order something on line..you may or may not get it. They canceled my order at the last minute. If you buy something in the store .. you can never return it. Even if you never took it out of the bag

This place was HORRIBLE! The bride was in there three times and had a bad experience every time! First time the consultant was working between two brides and did not devote full attention to either one. The consultant also said alterations would be about $100 but it was almost 4 times that. Second visit they didn't start her alterations appointment until almost an hour late. Went in for final fitting today and her appt was fit 930am and they had her scheduled for 5pm. I scheduled an appointment to browse bridemaids dresses at the I Do bridal show at the Stranahan Theater on this date at 2pm. I get a call yesterday that said my appointment was on the 26th instead. I call their customer service and learn that they went ahead and booked my Saturday appointment for tomorrow at noon. And they didn't bother to call and ask me if I was okay with it. So I went for my bridal gown first. My consultant was working with 3 other brides. I was put into a tiny fitting room with no mirror, drowning in dresses. She never checked in. I ended up just saying forget it and left. Then I decided to do my bridesmaid dresses there. When I initially picked out the dress I made sure it was pregnant friendly with the possibility of having a 6 month pregnant belly in the wedding party. They said absolutely. I got my wedding dress and was happy with how it went other than my consultant being double booked and being rushed. Today was a nightmare. We had an appointment which started late. Then we were given one fitting room and the entire store was packed. We felt rushed and were not helped a lot by our consultant. Was not the experience we wanted or expected.
