Had one consultant who was absolutely amazing that is specifically had to ask for because everyone else seemed annoyed with us. The manager was trying to locate a missing bridesmaids dress for me and she was so rude and disrespectful, I couldn't want for my wedding to just be over with. Two of my bridesmaids dresses got lost and arrived days before my wedding and my sisters was ordered 4 sizes too big. Would never recommend this location to anyone!! As a first time bride, picking and trying on dresses should be an amazing experience. I had an appointment booked just as much as every other bride did... but because I wasn't getting a big bridal gown I was made to feel like I was imposing on the consultant when I asked for dresses or wanted to try a few different types on. It was actually a terrible experience for me, I definitely did not say yes to any of their dresses!!
I went in and I said my name I had someone named Jackie... but it wasn't the Jackie who I had the booked the other day... so Jackie helped me and was doing good but when I saw the Jackie that I had the other day I said to her I thought u was suppose to help me she said I thought so too.. after she came over and started to help me but felt like the 1st Jackie should've stayed with me because she helped me the whole time and the other Jackie came at the end when I said yes to my dress.. The bathrooms were dirty and I asked for an all lace dress to try on and they did not bring me what I asked. My daughter went and picked off of the racks and found 4 right away. Thanks to my daughter, I found something close to my dream dress.
I have never been to a store with such awful customer service. Not only did I make an appointment over a week before when I planned to come in but when I got there the person at the welcome desk did not know what to do with me. She went and got another employee who was going to help me since the bride that I am a bridesmaid for lives in South Dakota but not even 10 minutes into me looking around she disappeared. There were more than enough employees of whom could have helped me but instead they all stood around and gossiped ... read more
