Hoover. Horrible no one to help. My daughter was trying on a dress and a sales associate asked how long she was she going to be using the dressing room. Found a dress with no price tag on it waited an hour for them to figure out a price. I think they just made a price up. I will discourage my daughter from getting her bridesmaids dresses from there.

This is a complicated situation but overall an experience that makes me hesitant with any future assigned brides maid dresses from David's Bridal. I tried on a dress and preordered it at the Buckhead location and completed the order through the Duluth location. All style numbers and prices were confirmed before I was charged and I was contacted as soon as it was received. It came in on a Monday and I was not able to make during business hours till Thursday. If you want help and good customer service go somewhere else. I walked in for a mother of the bride dress and when I found some to try on i stood there looking at a gathering of four sales clerks talking and not one came over to ask me if I needed a dressing room until I asked them . The lady put me in a room and NEVER came back to check on me . Thank goodness the bride and her family helped me make a choice . So this past weekend was one of the most amazing ones yet! I booked my appointment on line for a bridal fitting. I was anxious and nervous. I brought with me a very small group which included my mom, future mother in law, my best friend (maid of honor) and my future sister in law. From the moment that I walked in I felt welcome. My family and I came here to find my dress for the big day, I had heard good things about David's bridal so I was really looking forward to it, I had an 11 am appointment, which I was two minutes late for, only to wait in line for 20 more minutes, was not taken back until 1130, and my appointment was rushed because they were behind. We arrived on time and were greeted by 2 women who did not seem to be having a good start in their day (11am). We were told to just browse the floor because they were about 10 minutes late. When asked to be directed to the dresses that come in our specific color we were told they ALL come in the color. We browsed the floor pulling dresses for way more then 10 minutes waiting to be assisted and when we finally were, the lady said half of our dresses didn't come in our color.
