This was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced. I was a bridesmaid at an event on October 1 2016. I dropped the dress off 7/26/2016 and they told me that I can pick it up 9/16/2016 at 530pm. I called earlier in the day around lunchtime and asked if I can com earlier and the woman answering the phone asked if she can call me back in 10 minutes. Needless to say that never happened. If you have a lot of money to spend on a dress u will love it there but if u are on a tight budget then I suggest u tell them your budget is about 200$ less than what it really is !! It started out fun but by the time we left we felt like some poor white girls and we got a 400$ dress and to us that's a lot of money but at lease we did get a beautiful dress and I called corporate and they fix the problem I hope for the next not so rich girls that come they can enjoy dress shopping
Terrible. Had an appointment to try on bridal gowns. Attendant was extremely rude and rushed me along. She tried to talk me out of trying on several dresses that I had selected. It was so bad that my mom and sister noticed and spoke with the manager. The manager switched me to another attendant. But still a bad experience overall.
Absolutely horrible. Paid for a wedding dress they were to supposed to fix the zipper on the dress. I didn't get married in the dress that I was basically forced into buying, the dress never left the store when I called to find out if I can get a refund they told me the dress wasn't even there and they had no idea where it was, this was after receiving a call they had it and it had not been picked up when I had previously called to see what I could do to get a refund. I will never buy anything from this store again
My sister got her bridal dress 3 times the lace was sliced on dress, and now I just went to pick up my maid of honors dress, the dress has been there for 3 weeks to get steamed it was more wrinkled then before , never will I deal with them again.The manager didn't care , while I was waiting with my son who has special needs for 20 min for them to do an emergency steam , I overheard other problems going on with other people's dress ,wrong size and lost a brides dress couldn't find.
