We went to the David's bridal in NY. The sales woman there was causuois at best to let us look around for ourselves. We were only to try on the ones she pulled. We never had any experience with it so we trusted her. Still,there was something a bit off about her. We thought since we're were near Totowa NJ we could stop in there. Didn't have an appointment. My best friend is getting married soon. We all bought our bridesmaid gowns, the wedding gown, accessories, flower girl dresses, etc... in your store. If we had known how rude, unhelpful, inept, etc..... they are, we'd have never bought a thing from there. From here forward, none of us ever will. The West Palm Beach store's staff is absolutely wretched! When Tiffany McCoy calls to make payments on her dress, they don't answer the phone or they put her on hold and never get back to her. Went there with my daughter to look for bridal gowns. Had an appointment at 10. The appointments are 90 mins. Once they called up her stylist she talked to us briefly for a few minutes then explain we had 90 minutes she's on a very tight schedule however she still had a bride on stage who was in the middle of making a decision, so we would have to wait a few moments about 10:45 we finally got into a room my daughter managed to try on a total of 3 dresses thankfully she found one that she loved right away. We went there yesterday and Haley the consultant was one of the rudest people. She didn't even bring the dresses my daughter wanted to try on. Then we asked about certain styles and cuts and she told us that she had tried on all the dresses in that style and cut. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone

Not the best experience. I don't like how the sales people are helping 2 guests at one time. It's very impersonal and seems really hard on them cause they look like they are running around like crazy! Felt very much like each appointment was being herded like cattle.

Had a 6:30 appt with my niece, not one person even looked at us until 7:00. We were there 2 hrs and she only tried on 3 bridal gowns. Very under staffed, or they have too many appts scheduled per consultant. We wont be going back to Davids Bridal anytime soon.I would not recommend this store to anyone.

My experience was extremely unsatisfactory. My cousin and I came into this location simply to look and possibly try a dress or two. After telling the lady that we did not have a appointment we had some questions and just wondered if someone answer them real quick. She simply relplies"if you dont have appointment there is nothing we can do for you." Now being someone who works at the Somerset Colletion I understand how difficult and demanding customers can be. First of all, my daughter and I picked up her bridesmaid dress. I took one look at the dress all I saw was a dress that just came out of a box. I asked the assistant is this acceptable the dress looks awlful with all those wrinkles ! Her response was ; you can have the dress steamed for $15.00. Are you serious ? Unreal who ever was working the front desk was so rude ... Never again
