I bought my dress in July of last year. My wedding is 10/8/16. Needless to say, I was ahead of the game. They told me to come in at the beginning of August 2016 to get fitted. I went in July 30. I was scheduled to come in Labor Day weekend to pick up the dress. However, the alterations person "called in sick" and it would be ready that monday(labor day). Have an appointment to pick up Jr. bridesmaid dress at 1:00. Rush out on my lunch hour to be here at 1 and they tell me they are still working on it. 20 minutes they hope it will be done. A phone call would have been nice. RUDE!!
Sitting here after 1 hour to have my daughter only to try on one dress. The sales person has helped no less than 4 other people including another bride. We made an appointment expecting her to be treated like a bride. NOT an after thought. Unless things improve DRASTICALLY we are walking out!!
I am livid with your Colonie, NY location! I ordered a dress for my 2017 wedding on September 1st. Apparently it was received by the store two weeks ago and I received a phone call TONIGHT at 5:30 PM telling me that my dress had been there for two weeks and I needed to decide TONIGHT what I wanted to do with my dress (either ship it to me or pick it up). Picked out a dress and let's just say I may not come here ever again! I was not greeted by anyone when I came into their store then shopped with no assistance, stood by the dressing rooms holding 6 dresses to try on for a few minutes before finally a sales associate asked if I was waiting for a fitting room. When I answered yes she told me to go into either room 7 or 8 whichever one I liked best.
