Spent 2 hours trying on dresses, was assisted by a consultant, found the perfect dress, went to pay for dress and was informed by a lady up front that I would need to come back another day (after driving 80 miles) and work with a consultant. Again...dress in hand, ready to pay and I'm told no you have to come back another day. After talking to family and friends about my experience, I was only one of 5 that have had this issue. I had two appointments there yesterday one for my dress and another for my bridesmaids. I unfortunately live in WV and did my appointment here because all of my bridesmaids live in Myrtle Beach, SC and wanted it to be convenient for them. However it was no where near that my appointment was at 130 the lady that I checked in with was very nice and courteous. Our appointment was a disaster the moment we walked in. Our consultant introduced herself then went MIA for the longest period of time. We have been to the location in Abilene and it was perfect. This particular store though doesn't know the meaning of customer service and made some of my bridesmaids uncomfortable. Although we found the dress we were needing, we found it on our own. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location again.
The experience was not great for none of us to include the Bride. ( the Bride was happy and nothing could ruin her day) The only great thing was the Bride was able to select a beatifiul dress. Our sale associate was Renata �and I understand she was busy with other brides, but her customer service skills was lacking. It is very pretty but your workers are always over booked so they can never be with the second person to help. My family and i came there yesterday morning and we had a horrible time with doing dresses for the mothers of the bride and groom and grandmother of the bride. All because our assist was busy with a bride and couldn't be bothered to check on us along with another person acted like a manager did the same.
We have had a horrible recent experience my sister went there looking for a wedding dress and the person was very unhelpful and told her you should always go with the first dress you liked which was else where so she left! Then decided to give them a second chance for the bridesmaid dresses and once again very unhelpful customer services and when the dresses came in they looked like crap! As if they were kept in a tiny box and all wrinkly and could not be worn unless more money was spent getting them steamed!!! Very poor cus... read more
