This was first time shopping for a wedding dress, so of course I was excited about the experience. However, even though I made an appointment, I felt like I was being rushed. I want to say thank you to the David's Bridal alteration team . Rosa was so helpful and pleasent . She took her time to make sure that i was 100% happy and satisfied with my dress .
You would think alterations would be included when you buy a dress from them especially when they don't tell you anything otherwise. My daughter went to be fitted and ended up paying 362.00 dollars more for alterations. The dress was paid for already. If I had been there the dress would have came home with us without them touching it. I think I could had gotten it altered elsewhere.

Thank you for the manager calling me fat for 15 mins of a phone call then me saying I was calling high people so then she decided to tell me she was going to refund me 20 dollars. ��� if you want good customer service and to enjoy your day and have it be special for something that is important in the process don't go to David's bridal in Erie PA! I was sized wrong, not helped, given wrong information, and told I was fat ! ��� THANKS!
I was in and out in an hour. I found my dress and I loved it. My gripes are the lack of customer service after you purchase the dress.
Really pissed with David's. ordered dresses for my brother's wedding in December. When they arrived I picked them up and took them home. They hung in my closet for a week due to scheduling and just tried my daughters on and it is damaged. Called the store and there is nothing they can do because it left the store.
