I'm upset, picked up my dress this evening. I thought it was a little soon. Ordered on 9/11, I was told it wouldn't be in until 10/24. I wasn't feeling good, so I just picked up and went home. Took off the plastic and to my surprise, there is white deodorant stains on both sides! This dress has definitely been worn and not by me! My friends daughter was extremely excited to go wedding dress shopping, and her mom saved and saved in order to buy her dress. What should have been a lovely experience has instead become an ordeal of hellish proportions. What a shameful way to treat your customers! I've copied her experience to share, avoid this store at all costs. I thought getting my wedding dress would be a fun and easy thing to do. Now I know better. Service was terrible. Made a bridal appointment 1 month in advance for 2:30 on a Saturday. I understand Saturdays are much busier days, but I was not assisted by my consultant until after 3pm. Didn't get my first dress on until about 3:30 because she was helping with another bride, and kept forgetting to grab my slip for me. I went to David's Bridal in Colonie yesterday in search of bridesmaids dresses.I walked in and a young man was on the phone so I began to browse as to not be rude and interrupt his call. I was in that store 25 minutes and not 1 person cared to ask me was there anything that they could assist me with...I WAS APPALLED ��� I decided to say "yes to the dress elsewhere and actually purchased 2 dresses....David and his Bridal room can go to hell as far as I'm concerned.I WILL NEVER RETURN nor will I recommend any of my many friend... read more

Hands down the worst service anywhere (ties with Burlington maybe). I will NEVER shop here again,they are ruining my friends wedding!! lies and unprofessionalism... rude condescending sales people. We are paying customers being treated like garbage.
Firstly, I'm not a bridezilla. Secondly, I'm not a vendor. Thirdly, if you look through reviews the district manager responds to mostly all of the comments. She says she's addressing the issues.
