I visited the Clearwater location two days ago. Before I went, I spent time on their website and chose 30 dresses that I wanted to try on. When I arrived for my appointment, they informed me that they only had 4 out of the 30 dresses I liked. Nothing but problems!! Get your shit together! Even after emailing cooperate and speaking to a manager about all the issues we've had it continues!
If there was a way to rate 0/5 stars I would. Each time we have gone into the location we worked with a new sale associate that had no idea what was going on. Our shopping experience at David's Bridal was great. Josephine was amazing and treated my daughter so special. After my daughter found her dress, Josephine said "let's try a couple more to make sure it's the one." She was amazing. Unfortunately, that's where it ended. The alternations department treated my daughter like she was just a mannequin. I understand that they see brides all day long, but I would think they would make an effort to make them feel a little special. And appointments are scheduled on top of each ... read more

The dress selection is nice. We had an appointment with a consultant. I wasn't aware that we would be sharing a consultant with the rest of the store. She was mostly pleasant, but nothing special.
I received a post from a very good friend who just bought her dress at David's only to read she was treated badly. Does staff not realize they are there to make the bride's experience one to remember? If they are having a bad day before work they need to leave it at the door when they start to work. If I had been her I probably would have told the person what she could do with the dress. But that is okay I believe in Karma.
I've been to the store multiple times and every time I go there they are not helpful and are overbooked the last person I went with I did her consultation I found her veil her dress and then it changed your sizes I found her adherence and shoes and everything the consultant did not care about her job
Rude staff and very insulting refused to do any alterations after they sold my wife and dress
