We walked in to search for a homecoming dress....didn't have an appointment.....we were still greeted with kindness and respect.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We had 2 appointments today and received 0 help!!! The bride was barely helped. They brought her 3 dresses and never came back. When it came to the bridesmaids not one person helped! Not one!!!
This place is a joke. Terrible customer service, unprofessional and rude. Cheap material and over priced. Stay away
What was supposed to be a fun, great, first time dress shopping appointment left us all frustrated and will definitely not return. Appointment was at 4 but consultant was running behind and then has to work with 2 brides at a time. Although the consultant was pleasant she wasn't hearing what we were telling her what the appointment was really about. The sale associates were very rude just dismissed my questions and than ignored me. So I took my business down the street.
