My daughter and I went looking for a dress that we could buy and take with us then. We found a dress that was perfect for outside and also on the 99 dollar rack!!! We then stood around for an hour and 20 minutes waiting for a changing room. I expressed to them we weren't a wedding party , we did not need any if the staff to help us. Still we waited.. finally she tried it on and thankfully it fit! When we went to pay it kept coming up 459.00 . We were never asked if we needed help and we were in the store for about 30 - 45 minutes. We won't be going back!!
My wife order a dress 8 months ago, 4 months after they called her that the dress arrived when she went found out it was the wrong color! She ordered coral and they sent it purple! Not even close! They ordered again and they never called her back to explain anything if she even was going to have the dress on time! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I am very very disappointed. I bought my daughter's wedding attire from David's Bridal for my daughter in 2009. I was not satisfied with the customer service,they tried to make my daughter buy a bra before she could try on the dress. They didn't call when the dress arrived, My daughter also bought 3 bridesmaids dresses and 2 flower girls dresses . I was so mad at the way we were treated I said I would never come back again. Had a good experience through choosing to the alteration and cleaning process! Never encountered anyone rude or who didn't know the answers to my questions.
If I could leave no stars I would. This place is unorganized and full of drones who give no care to their job. You seriously could not have made this entire experience more frustrating and difficult. Thanks for sending out my dress when I never asked you to, and to someone else's address. Seriously David's Bridal you freakin suck.

Worse experience ever! They were rude, late, and inattentive. When I called on the phone a couple of days prior to my appointment I asked about their $99 sale, I was told they were not having it, while on their website and national commercials said they were having the sale. Before I even showed up to my appointment I was given attitude and lied to. I showed up early and the manager seemed offended that I was there early. The sales clerk was terrible! I would have spent more but needed to get it over with. All that matters is that our daughter is happy! She deserved better service.
The employees were nice but unfortunately we waited almost 35-40 mins after my scheduled appointment to try on dresses which also end on time after starting late....
