Went here yesterday with my boyfriends sister to pick out her wedding dress and my bridesmaid dress. The appointment went just fine, but when my sisters boyfriend was paying at the register I went outside to smoke a cigarette and one of the consultants asked me if I was "with child" as she was leaving. I had to respond "nope, just fat" and I went back inside and told the lady who said she was the manager there and all she had to say was "well it is Las Vegas" are you fucking kidding me? Bad! If there was an option for lower I would! 1) my wedding I came to try on dresses. EVERY SINGLE ONE I tried on "oh you look so pretty!" Like they were trying really hard to make a sale. 2) my wedding I had my girls order sashes. 1 of the bridesmaids sashes were deformed, she ordered another the 2nd was deformed! No time to order a 3rd... wich she shouldn't of had to do in the first place! 3) my best friend had her bridesmaids get their dresses from David's too. I was not impressed with my experience at the Maple Grove location when buying my bridesmaid dress. The girl helping me and placing my order was not very friendly. She honestly seemed like she didn't like her job. And I'm disappointed with the lack of care in packaging my dress to be shipped to me. The tape was BARELY holding the box closed. It took no effort to remove the tape. Glad my dress didn't fall out!
Hated it I went there yesterday and worst experience,we were not helped and the person that was supposed to be helping went missing for a while and by the time she came back we were already done and didn't need her assistance.I would have expected way more from this place but I will not be going back .Horrible experience

We drove a hour to look at bridesmaid dresses. I only found 2 and neither were in my size. When I asked for help,I got blown off completely. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.
Just wanted to thank Shetocquie for helping me find the dream of my dreams! She was a big help and super sweet. She was very professional and did a wonderful job! I also would like to thank Rindy for help too. These two ladies went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. I highly recommend anyone who's getting married to go to Monroe Louisiana Davids Bridal.
This was supposed to be an amazing day for me. Instead it was horrible. Thanks to your sales rep who made sure to let me know I inconvienced her by wanting to shop there and having an appt.
They don't do alterations. They sell you stuff that you don't need. They forgot to order a bridesmaid dress,but they made good on that mistake. But how do you destress a bride?
