Will not waste my money in this store again. Went in to buy a pair of shoes for one of my bridesmaids who was unable to come to the store that day. Bought the shoes for her, and sadly, they were a size too small do to small make. Upon calling the store to inquire about a larger size, they informed me over the phone that all items are final sale. I went with the bridal party, tried on a dress as mother of the groom and liked it. It fit well, but had a tear, so I ordered a new one. You have to pay up front before they order it and it took 6+ weeks to come in. When it did, I went to the store and it was the wrong size, too small, so they re-ordered it. I called last weekend about the dress and was told it would be there the day before the wedding. So I asked what if I needed alterations and was basically told I was out of luck. Had an extremely wonderful experience at the Miamisburg, OH store. Stopped into the Florence location to try on a dress for my mom who wasn't with me previously. I was told they could not do that at that time, which I was fine with. My mother and I proceeded just to look at bridesmaid dresses to get ideas. The store manager was quite rude to us, and made us feel as if we weren't even welcomw in the store. She was repeatedly rude and very unprofessional and argumentative. I had a really great experience with my consultant (Julie Isabelle) and thought that my wedding dress experience would be a great one. I was so wrong. The customer service is terrible and communication is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for dress shopping.
Terrible customer service at the David's Bridal in Totowa. I bought my wedding gown at the one in York PA who were very sweet & helpful. Most of my bridal party got their dresses at the Totowa location. They were giving my girls the wrong information, they lost my daughters dress, not once but twice. They gave me an appt for my daughters dress fitting but didn't mark it in their schedule, so when I showed up we actually had to do the fitting ourselves to avoid rescheduling the appt. On Saturday, September 10th I arrived at the 23rd street location of David's Bridal to start my search for a wedding gown. I had previously stopped in to make an appointment, where an unfriendly receptionist handed me a tablet to fill out an online appointment request. Personally, if a customer made the effort to come into your establishment to make an appointment, I would not simply ask them to fill out an online form which they could have done from their home.
