I have been to 2 other bridal shops and had amazing service at both and I even booked my bridesmaids and bridal gown appts 2 weeks in advance at David's Bridal and figured on a sunday it would be better than crazy on a Saturday...so I get there today before my appointment and still have to wait AWHILE for my consultant to come and thankfully i knew what bridesmaid dress I liked and so all she had to do was grab the sizes and i only had 3 bridesmaids that could come so it wasn't a huge wedding party to come...well in the mean... read more
Whatever they say is invluded in what you buy, make sure you get it in writing. I was told my alterations would be free since i got my Wedding dress there.... Turned out to be false. Now I have to soend more money to find someone to alter my couture dress before my wedding.
Well let's jus say the Wedding Dress Shopping started off Rock the first sales rep was completely rude. We were tryna empathize because we did realize the young lady was pregnant but every time the Bride to Be said she did not like the Dress ,you can see in her face that she was getting tired and aggravated. The mother of the Bride complained to management and they paired us with a different sales rep way more professional and did her job extremely well.Unfortunately David's Bridal did not have the Dress ..
I love my Consultant Natalie. She makes me feel like I am the only person she's working with, although I know she has others scheduled. She isn't pushy, but very supportive.
Had a horrible experience!! The sales people had too many brides to take care of, they couldn't focus on one person at a time. I had no one help with try on my dresses or anything. They threw me in a dressing room and left me to struggle!! Never going back
This place was horrible, we just wanted to try on dresses for my sister that is a size 14 and VERY big busted and we had no clue what style she would look good in. The lady that was waiting on us was rude with an attitude the minute she found out we weren't necessarily buying today! She was very unprofessional!!

I would also give them a ZERO if I could. TOO EXPENSIVE ALTERATIONS! Not helpful. Rude. No communication between sales reps and seemstresses. Shopping: In March we had an appt to look for dresses. I walked around in the same dress for an hour while everyone else in our party was still trying on. No one came to size me and I had questions. So I ordered my own dress size (one sz larger than had on). At that time (in March) they made appts for us in late August to do our fittings.
