What's the point of having an appointment for a "consultant" when said consultant ignores you!! Such a horrible experience! I'm just the Mother of the Groom but still I deserved some sort of help. Will not be buying my gown here

I bought my dress at the Wilkes barre location. I went to get it altered. They quoted me around $180. Once they were finished pinning it it came out to $320 with tax! All i needed was it to be shorten, let out a little (btw i tried on a size 6 and it was loose and they recommened a size 4 when i got the dress it was so tight and i didnt gain weight but the associate decided to circle my thighs with her finger saying if i dropped weight it would fit better) i also got a bustle and they were taking in the straps b.c they were ... read more

I had an amazing experience at this David's Bridal location a couple of weeks ago. My husband and I are renewing our wedding vows in October (28th anniversary) so I was looking for a wedding gown. Not white. Samantha was my consultant and I explained what I was looking for though it was pretty vague. Not white. She walked around the store with me, letting me pull dresses as well as her picks.
