My experience was less than magical. I was told by the sales girl I could do certain alterations to the dress to make it the way I envisioned. When I went to my first fitting, I was informed I could not. I would not have spent over $1000 on the dress if I couldn't get it the way I wanted and told I could do. Then the real pain started. We waited three hrs to meet with a stylist just for her to let me try on only 3 dresses and tell us we had no more time . Very poor attitude and I will be spending my money else where !
I had an appointment for my bridesmaids to get dresses yesterday and we arrived early. The girl at the front desk was rude right off. She waves us off to go find dresses while she finds someone who can help us. So we go look for dresses and we find like 5. We are still waiting on someone to help us. I've made an appointment to pick up my dress at a later date in a few hours later I get a call back asking me what time I'm going to pick up my dress do you guys write anything down that we call and ask you that's ridiculous this is like the second time I've had an awful experience with them get your s*** together

I went this week for an appointment, and it was the worst experience. I don't know what I would do if my sister wasn't there helping me in & out of the dresses! Our consultant was rude, and didn't even introduce herself to us as she met up at the front area. When the consultant did help, she would bring me dresses that she knew were too small, and not what I had told her I was looking for. I did end up finding a dress I really like their, however I'm not sure I can bring myself to give them business after my experience
