Overall the worst experience I have ever had shopping for anything. Don't waste your time or your bridesmaids time by going here. I'm a young bride and seemed to me that I was judged on my appearance and every single "consultant" in there acted as if myself and my bridal party did not belong in the store, I came with money to spend its a damn shame that Rachel let me and my four bridesmaids and two flower girls just walk right out the door. I will never set foot in this store again nor will I recommend it to anyone. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was inexcusable. My daughters were both in tears. Shame on you
Terrible customer service and the employees are rude. I do not recommend this company, which is unfortunate because the dresses they carry are beautiful.
If I could give minus stars I would! A bride should never have the experience that I had while buying a wedding dress. First, I set an appointment specifically because I was shopping for my wedding gown by myself. When I arrived I was left waiting for at least 20 minutes. Then when I finally was helped, the lady was also helping three other brides. The whole reason I set an appointment was so that I wouldn't be having to get into and out of these huge wedding dresses by myself, which I was left doing anyways. I did find my d... read more

The atmosphere was cold/border line rude. Not bride to be friendly at all. The bride to be walked out in tears.
I had set up an appointment for the $99 dress sale in March. Told the lady I wanted that sale, and when I went they told me that sale ended the day before my appointment. So I had to spend almost $600 for a dress, even though I also registered online and picked out some of the $99 dresses to try on. None of them were $99!!!! What made it worse the following week I seen a commercial saying the $99 sale was good thru the end if the month.
We ordered a dress offline and they told us to order 2 sizes bigger which meant alterations needed to be done. When we called the tulsa location to ask about prices for alterations they told us it would be under $100. When we arrived and they sized it they said that it was $120 for the sides and $100 for the hem. Obviously more than what they told us and we didn't even want the hem done.
