Horrendous service. Sales people straight up lie about products and options available for alterations in order to make the sale. You don't get to see alterations staff until after you've bought and paid for your dress, at which point they inform you that they are not able to alter your dress in the way the sales people recommended. Unfortunately for me, my dress was defective as well. I was measured at a size 6, sales girl even commented that I was the exact measurements of a size 6. Terrible experience! Terrible service, sales person did not know the inventory. I called about the same day after placing the order with a concern about sizing and was told that I could cancel the order and pick something else out. What they fail to tell you is that if you pick something out for less money, they will not return the difference in price to you.
As a bride on a budget, I started my search for my wedding dress at this location solely based on their sale they were having. I showed up for my appointment excited and with high hopes. I had already picked out 16 dresses online previous to my appointment and showed up expecting them to be pulled and ready for me. Once I was teamed up with my consultant, she said that I picked a great time to come, that the store was not very busy and she quickly showed me all of the aisles that had dresses but was very confusing on where I... read more
I was there with my MOH and we were basically told to leave because we "had been there too long." I was trying on bridal gowns trying to figure out which style I liked best. My consultant Leah was wonderful, it was another consultant that walked up during my appointment (that I had made in advance) and told us we needed to schedule a come back appointment in an extremely rude tone and that the consultants next bride was on her way to the store. Definitely won't be back.
