BEYOND pissed!!!!! I (stupidly) got 2 brides maids dresses from here that do not fit. I called 3x last week to make sure I could at the very least exchange one of them. So I made an appointment today (live an hour away and had to get sitter n all) to find out when I get here, they won't exchange either dress. Waste of my time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could, I would give David's Bridal of Danvers ZERO stars. I had an appointment today at 11:00 to get dresses for my two Maids of Honor. I am an older bride, 52 years old, and my maids are older as well. We knew EXACTLY what we were looking for. A long gown with sleeves and/or a short jacket. I have been in 3 times to this location. Every time the staff is rude and not willing to help at all. We have ended up buying all of our dresses online because staff wont take time to help or even answer a qestion. Today was no different. To the woman behind the counter, I am sorry I bothered you with a question. I thought that being a Bridal store that your job was to help the bride be her best on her big day. My consultant "Amanda" refused to wait on me :( She really took what was going to be a special day and made me feel that I was less than worthy because of my appearance. The only reason I'm giving a review is because the girl who worked at the front making the appointments tried really hard to get me help. I wish she had been a bridal consultant

WARNING TO OTHER BRIDES AND BRIDESMAIDS: Never go here to even save a quick buck! They could ruin your day. Seriously, and I can tell you why. Went there to check out bridesmaids dresses. Should of listened to my gut and gone somewhere else!! When I was just there to look for my girls NO ONE HELPED. Surprise surprise. I had an appointment and everything. Completely ignored. What a joke the manager of the store was very rude I guess that's the way they treat you unless you arrive in a limo and have a red carpet rolled out my fiancee ordered a dress and we went to pick it up and it was wrong so they took measurements again and it's still wrong but it's our fault they can't measure it right so we have to pay extra for their mistakes and she won't get the dress till the last minute if at all I'm a mechanic and if I put someone's tire on their car and they come back and say it fell off I can't say h... read more
Dresses (3) were ordered and guaranteed by 6/27. Wedding is 8/6. Two came in early, and those ladies were notified. 6/27 came and went, no call or email from David's bridal about my dress. Repeated calls to them, finally got told that my dress arrived damaged, and that it had to be reordered (they really should have notified the bride or me). Dress finally came in. It's got black spots/flaws in numerous places in the red fabric of the dress. No time to replace again, it still needs to be altered before the wedding date. Very... read more
