Went in yesterday to look for a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding I'm traveling out of state for. After being told I'd have to order whichever dress I chose, I checked out the special occasion dresses that were available but the selection was very limited. I went for their sale $99 sale supposably up to $699 for $99 they had no sizes for bigger girls to try on i was only size 20.. tried to put you in a more expensive dress then what you came for the lady that helped us out was not very attentive she kept having to go to answer the phones and help another customer beside me.they give you an hour and a half to try on dresses only while they're going back and forth with other customers.. Well as much as we were looking forward to this occasion customer service was not as good as expected... dresses were in wrong places and mismarked.. then they have a sign saying they honor military discount but they only do with a bunch of exclusions.. wouldn't recommend this location personally.
As the daughter of a wedding planner, I was highly disappointed to see such a lack of customer service and care for brides. I scheduled an appointment several days in advance and had to track down an employee once arriving. I certainly understand the difficulty in accommodating several brides so I patiently waited for an hour after my scheduled appointment time, and still had not been greeted. I've had so much be messed up. Was suppose to get a finger tip Vail got a mile long one then was told final sale. Got a headband and half the jewls were off in the bag it came in. They ordered one of my bridesmaids dress the wrong size. They gave my mother in law a dress with a hole in it and now say they can't get the dress in the same color to replace it. I'm NOT happy with my experience. More tears then anything.
Alterations MANAGER treated my bridesmaid like absolute shit... thanks for nothing and I'll never recommend you to anyone! �� Management, maybe teach your Alterations manager some proper customer service etiquette because that was absolutely appalling and I as the bride am very displeased!!!
I visited David's Bridal twice for my upcoming wedding next year to look at a bridal dress for myself and bridesmaids dresses. The first time I went I had an okay experience. Went in today to look at wedding dresses and they were so rude. Pulled a dress down to look at it and the employee ripped it out of our hands and told us if we want to try it on to get with a fitter that weren't available. Walked out and bought my dress else where with people who actually wanted to help me. Will never go back
This place has done nothing but lie to us and rape us for money since we walked thru the door. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They tell you one thing and do something totally different. Then when you call them out they tell you that you can put in a complaint, but that they won't work with you to rectify the issue. Charged more than the dress was worth for alterations and nickle and dime you to death after. What a rip off!!!!
