I purchase my dress in November of last year my wedding was March of this year when I went to pick up my dress and things I had to dress myself with the help of my daughter the representative Nicole in the Little Rock Store she was too busy with other customers helping them out and even though I had an appointment this is the worst store ever if I do decide to renew my vows I will not ever come to you all store again nor will I spend a penny there ever again in my life the service was horrible
Awful service! The zipper on my bridesmaids dress is messed up and when the consultant went to ask someone else about it, she mumbled that my dress was too small. Got home and rest assured, my dress fits perfect with a messed up zipper.
I went to this store and the "consultant" asked if I was pregnant and I am not. So professional of them! Way to ruin someone's experience looking for a wedding dress!
After hearing how your "customer service" if you would even call it that, to a bride to be who lost her husband to be in a car wreck. I will never in my life step foot in your store. Yall should be ASHAMED of yourselves.
I will never recommend them. I paid to much for alterations because they could not get it right.
They suck. My son was killed in a car crash 6 weeks before wedding and they don't want to refund money for brides dress. They show no sympathy The lady was rude who waited on my son's fiance. Don't go there they suck
I needed an appointment for a fitting which is fine, I understand but no one asked if I needed help looking or anything. When I first came in the girl at the front desk became very annoyed with me, kept cutting me off, absolutely rude. She got the color swatches for me and then disappeared, like she wanted me gone. Then I stood at the counter to see if someone could help me find the dress I wanted to see and they all ignored me so I walked out. Thankfully I will never need another wedding dress. My gown was absolutely beautiful and I knew exactly what I was looking for so I didn't have much interaction with sales staff. Generally, the staff was pleasant. However, I had purchased a few sashes, unsure of which would be used with the intention of returning the one that was not to be used.
