The worst customer service I have ever experienced. � I bought my wedding dress at this place, paid for a brand new dress, but what I received was the most used dress at the store, extremely dirty, ripped and stains all over. I spoke to the store manager about it, but she was really care. So they promised to clean it, to repair all the damage and have it ready for me by the following week. It didn't happen! Took like an hour for my fiancée to get help they be prejudice asf
My wife ordered bridal dress thru David's bridal in Orland first problem they order the wrong dress then they fix it an order then wrong color an tell us after that they don't make them in the color we requested worst experience ever.
Dresses ALL had things wrong with them once they came in. Wrong colors, wrong sizes. Ripped, dirty, & a broken zipper. They did exchange them all and let us find new ones but was a huge pain.
I felt as if I was in a wrong place
3 out of 5 bridemaids dresses came in either the wrong size, wrong color, or both. The last dress came 2 weeks before the wedding. They offered to give me a full refund in exchange for the dresses but I would have to go somewhere else. All the dresses in store were old, tattered, and stretched. They take your measurements but somehow when the dresses come in they don't fit. I'm convinced this so you have to get the dress altered. Overall I wish I had gone somewhere else.
Initial appointment was very chaotic and rushed, as it seems they over book their consultants and those consultants aren't able to keep up. I found and dress and to my surprise it arrived early which was a plus (short engagement to wedding date). Upon pick up I wasn't permitted to try the dress on and instead referred to book an alteration appointment, which I needed. A young lady from alternations greeted me and booked me in.
