David's Bridal in Terre Haute has to be the WORST Bridal Shope on the face of the Earth and I would love a call from corporate! Your Terre Haute location has taken advantage of a senior citizen. I am outraged! My mother purchased a dress for over $225 and they charge $60 to hem the dress. She went in to pick up the dress and they did a HORRIBLE job. Horrible service! Sales rep had us waiting to tell us they couldn't take us because we needed an appointment. That could of been said to us as we walked in, but instead they had us wait. Bridal store had very few customers so no excuse is accepted. What a waste of time and they just lost a customer!
If I could I would not even rate this place with one star. By far the worst experience in a service based retail establishment I have ever had. I took my little sister here to try on dresses for my upcoming wedding and I got so irritated so quickly with every staff member I came into contact with that I only stayed long enough to get her measurements. Terrible, terrible, terrible service from everyone.
Like your woman or girlfriend needs a dress, here's your place. Don't bring wife and girlfriend at the same time.
I ordered my dress for my sister's wedding April 8th. I called May 6th to check the status on a whim. Apparently the jacket I ordered to go with my dress was on clearance and can't actually be ordered and no one bothered to call me and tell me this. The dress was only ordered because of the jacket so at this point I don't have a dress for her wedding on June 25. The store I was at with my sister picking up her gown from alterations stepped in to assist. They tried to find us a different dress they could ship from another ... read more
I do not even know where to begin. My daughter's story has many layers of poor service and indifference. We should have known what would happen when, on the day we ordered, one young lady was too busy to even show Ashli the dresses she was interested in seeing. We were on our way out when a kind clerk stopped us and helped us find the right dress. Ashli was told it could be altered when it arrived. That is another story. Very poor service once they get your money, of which they will get a lot. Alterations not acceptable considering the money they charge for them.
