I've found in all my travels both down the East coast all the way West that there is very little good to say about David's Bridal. I know from personal experiences in several different states that they do not seem to care about their customers and are extremely insensitive and almost cruel. Not every bride has the perfect figure and it really hurts to be treated differently bc of physical issues especially when trying to find the perfect Wedding dress. Bathrooms were horrible, felt rushed, the lady helping me kept disappearing, was very rude once I told her my price range, ended up buying a dress, once got it home noticed that there were tons of pin/needle holes all throughout the dress, was given a bride bag with coupons and ideas in it, all the coupons were expired.....
The MANAGER was like (CRUELLA DEVILLE )from 101 dalmatian just sour she wanted me to pay FULL price for a dress that had been a demo with make-up and old stains wasn't accommodating PERIOD talking (SOFTLY) to her she was even more rude very short from the looks of her face she's becoming a BITTER OLD douche bag my guess is she's in the WRONG line of work her ex husband left her for some young hot blond and she's angry aging agitated & running out of time I wouldn't purchase a piece of tissue from (david's bridal )although I ... read more
Didn't have any selection for young mothers of the bride. Everything was dark and drab. Styled for grannies.
I called the Maple Grove store to ask if they had a certain size dress. The girl who answered said no we don't have it. So I asked about getting my dress altered because it was too small around my ribcage. She told me they don't alter dresses to make them bigger. And was so unhelpful. I proceeded to call the Sioux Falls store and the lady asked right away if I just wanted to bring my dress in to see what they could do. And what do you know they were able to alter it to make it fit. So if you can avoid this store you should.
This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. We made an appointment months in advance, but the girl who was supposed to be helping me was too distracted by other customers. They overbooked the store and made my dress buying experience horrible. After trying on only two dresses that I didn't like, the girl told me that they didn't have anything else for me in the store!
Rough customer service. Growns were dirty. Wouldn't recommend
Had the worst experience today. Went bridesmaid dress shopping, made an appointment and everything. Was barley helped by an employee. Had tons of problems getting dress style, color and sizes in time for wedding, even though they told us 3 months was plenty of time to order dresses. Manager was unapologetic about the experience. All 5 girls were very fustrated and upset, and what should have been a great day the wedding party turned into one of the most stressful experiences of the wedding.
