I have to agree with some of the other negative ratings. If you aren't willing to spend big money on dresses then they don't care. Had to find people different occasions to help us. Finally was allowed to try on dresses by a staff member then another staff member said we weren't allowed to. Needless to say won't be going there again or recommend either.
Poor customer service - the person assigned to helping me walked away after I was in a dressing room. She didn't assist with zippering the dress or clipping the back and when I was finally done, I stood outside of the dressing room for almost 10 minutes with no sign of her and decided to finally go to the register.
The person assisting me walked away after I got into a dressing room and didn't really check on me nor assist with the dresses (zippering or clipping the back). Luckily I had someone with me to help but very poor customer service.
My first time there they lost my original dress so I picked out another one that I loved been there 3 times for alterations the first time waited 30 min after my appointment the second time to try on dress they altered every body in alterations went home for night so lady at customer service had to help me but was very nice but just to find out only one side of my dress was cut had to wait 2 weeks for set up with alterations person to find out they almost lost my dress and still haven't finished it so have to go there again ... read more
It was not David's in particular it was the company I was with.There was to many chiefs and not enough Indians.
I was extremely disappointed in our sales associate. There were several times she brought us the wrong dresses and sizes and this was not taken into consideration with our time frame we were allowed. She never pulled half of our online selections we made. We also put on a dress that you could make it strapless one shoulder, etc. no one was concerned until the bride went to the counter and asked if we could make another appointment later that day. Before you get discouraged by the long review! Please read... It will help you!!! I went to David's bridal first to try on wedding gowns. Everything in the store was just okay.. Nothing special.. And yes the prices were awesome but they didn't look that good of quality. Not to mention they book way too many appointments. I was left alone in a dress for like 20 mins while the lady was helping another guest. I made up some excuse I will be back after I decide what my favorite was...
