DO NOT GO TO DAVIDS BRIDAL!!! they say you can return your items for in-store credit, but fail to mention it has to be before the event date you originally planned. We bought the most expensive dress in the store and now they won't work with us... Awesome!

Poor customer service. No matter if an appointment was made or not I recieved no help.
Today I had the worst service. The consulate I had made rude comments to one of my bridesmaids about her body. If that was wasn't enough to infuriate me, she totally ignored the preferences I verbally explained to her about styles of dresses. It seemed that all she cared about was her commission, and didn't seem to care at all about my needs as the bride. I definitely will not be returning to her again, and possibly will not be purchasing my wedding dress from David's Bridal. I was even more disappointed because today was my... read more
When we came and bought the dress we had great service, so on that part of our experience was good. However trying to get the alterations done was the worst experience I've ever had. First they tell us to come 6 weeks early, ok we do. The day before we're supposed to pick up the dress the call and ask us if we can get it the following week because they're behind.
