To anyone thinking of getting a dress at Davids Bridal DO NOT DO IT. I have had countless problems and absolutely no solutions. First I ordered my maid of honors dress in the color I wanted and was promised my bridesmaids dresses were also available in that color, the next day when we went to get their dresses the color was all the sudden no longer available. I bought my daughter's prom dress and paid $349 for it....we were getting ready to do alterations and noticed they had left a security thing on it, had to drive 30minutes back to store to have it removed...then on day of prom, before the evening was over, most of the sequins had fallen off the body of the gown. Also, bought a necklace....which broke after 30 minutes of wearing it. Didn't even get to wear it TO prom! Very disappointed in the quality of the $349 dress and the $25 necklace. The customer service was absolutely horrible when my best friend went to go pick up her wedding dress. They wouldn't even let her try it on without giving attitude. When we walked into to store, 5 girls were fighting behind the counter. One of them being the manager. When we call the store to speak to the "manager" and talk about our experience there, she just laughed at us on the phone. Will never be bringing our service back there ever again.
Worst bridal shop in bay area. So unprofessional, organized, rude and racist staff I cannot believe it. We were escorted out by officers after a conflict with a group of white teenage girls looking for prom dresses. We the family with kids and grandparents looking for a bridal dress and with appointment got kicked out the worst part is the manager didnt even ask us to leave she made us believe the issue had been solved and everything was fine and then surprised us with officers. We barely got in the door when we were told that we couldn't look around because they are short staffed. We were told we had to make an appointment. What a rude and unacceptable way to run your business. I will remember this terrible service and tell EVERYONE I know nor to shop at David's Bridal! !! #shameonyou
WORST service of my life! Almost had to call the cops due to being harassed after asking for a manager after being ignored for over an hour.
