I know three young brides that had terrible customer service at this particular David's Bridal. Don't shop there.
Customer Service wasn't the best, we live over an hour away and my wife gave her name and made an appointment for our daughter. We had the customer service on the phone confirm a certain dress in stock and we were told yes it was there...We drive over an hour to find out we were mislead...I will never go back again.
Went to davids to show my mom the dress I fell in love with in Dallas, TX and they wouldn't even pull it for me. I'm never buying from them again. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional. My mom did not get to see me in a gown that I was about to spend $2000 on! Apparently their walk-in customers aren't important to them. They need training on customer service BIG TIME. I've been in management, hiring and training for many years and have never been treated with such disrespect.
Ugh....#DavidsBridal. Called Davids Bridal on Thursday to see if The black formal dress we ordered in MARCH for junior escort at graduation was ready to be picked up. The kind lady on the phone told me it had just come in that day, and we had 7 days to pick it up. We made the long trek up there today, and guess what???? NO DRESS. Apparently, it had some sort of "quality issue" and had to be re-ordered. Although our salesperson was very kind and helpful, I can't help but feel we were rushed and price gouged. Their dresses are overpriced and the whole entire operation is similar to purchasing a car at a wheeler and dealer car lot. We had Issues with check out process, issues with fixing mistakes with checkout process! (And on and on and on and on!) I have four other daughters and God willing I am alive when they need a wedding gown. I will drive all the way to Dallas or Georgia before I go to David's Bridal ever again! I ca... read more
My Mom found the exact same gown at JC Penney for 1/3 the price.
They never stayed on budget. Than when the alterations were being done the seamstress was rude and never went over prices. So the dress was way over budget none of the sales or seamstress was nice. Changes need to be made. Didn't make it a fun experience for the . very disappointed.
David's Bridal literally just demonstrated the worst display of customer service anyone could experience. My wife just called practically in tears because of how she was treated at the Sawmill Rd location in Columbus Ohio. She has been excited about purchasing a dress for our first black tie affair together and the staff there were very resistant to assisting and un-accomodating to say the least.
